How to proceed…

1. After selecting your product(s), you can either:
   Print and/or save your shopping cart, then send us your order in PDF format via email. Once we receive it, we will promptly respond with all the necessary details to complete your order.
2. If you wish to send your order by regular mail (post), please contact us first so we can confirm the availability of the desired products, shipping costs to your destination, payment methods, and other relevant details. If necessary, a pro-forma invoice will be sent to you by email or fax.

U.S.A. & International customers:
Before placing any order, please inquire at your local Agriculture office if the content of your order requires an import permit and/or a phytosanitary certificate. If a phytosanitary certificate is necessary, contact us.

All Orders must be prepaid prior to dispatching

All prices indicated in this online catalog are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The official currency of payment is the Canadian dollar (CAD), but please note that payments in US dollars (USD) and/or Euros (EUR) are also welcome and possible.

Companies and other businesses can make payments promptly in CAD or USD by bank transfer (IBAN). Additional charges may apply.

For purchases via the online store, we accept payment by credit card, Interac and bank transfer.

Note: We can also accept Paypal (Canada, USA and International), but only for orders sent by e-mail. To avoid any form of fraud, the amount payable, the payment will only be accepted if transferred using the no-fee option (Friend/Family/Gift/Donation).

If you wish to pay by Paypal, please contact us to find out the e-mail account linked to Paypal and other pertinent details.

Payments made by traditional mail (post) information

For orders in Canada: possible
a) with a Postal Money Order issued by Canada Post or
b) a Bank Draft issued by a bank or
c) in cash (CAD/USD/EUR).

For orders in the United States: possible
a) with an International Postal Money Order in USD issued by USPS or
b) a Bank Draft in USD or CAD or
c) in cash (CAD/USD/EUR).

For international orders: still possible
a) with a Bank Draft in CAD or
b) an International Postal Order in CAD or
c) cash (CAD/USD/EUR).

Note: Cash payments are welcome and accepted globally (Canada, USA and International). Registered mail is strongly recommended for cash orders. Important: We are not responsible for payments sent by post that are lost or stolen.

Payments via Western Union and similar services (e.g. Money Gram) are also accepted.

Risk of lost

All items purchased from omu-impex.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (FOB)

Returns policy

For obvious reasons, we do not accept returns.

All sales are final.

In the event of an error on our part (wrong quantity or missing/erroneous product), we will remedy the situation entirely at our expense.
