Commercial Orders

Research institutions and pharmaceutical companies, brokers, retailers, and other businesses should contact us directly with eligibility details along with a purchase order (P.O.).

Communication is ensured via email, telephone, fax, and postal mail.

Retail Orders

The following ordering information applies to retail purchases in Canada, the United States and Internationally.

For online orders via the website cart

• Select the product(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your cart using the buttons on the selection pages
• When done, proceed to the cart page and verify your selection list 
• When reviewed, proceed to the checkout page
• Complete billing details on the checkout page
• Request your customized shipping quote via the checkout page
• Upon receipt of your shipping quote request, we will promptly reply with a checkout page including the exact shipping fees based on your specific destination
• The confirmation will provide all the details necessary to complete your order
• Your order is officially finalized when your payment is transferred and received
  
  

For orders via email or postal mail 

• Select the product(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your cart using the buttons on the selection pages
• Fill in your information, then save and/or print the “Cart” page as a PDF
• Send us the form by email or contact us to find out the shipping quote for your order
• Upon receipt, we will respond promptly with the exact shipping quote and any other relevant details needed to complete your order
• Option #1- Make a payment using an accepted electronic method
• Option #2- Send the completed form by postal mail, along with an accepted method of payment 9see below)

• Complete the fillable online order form
• Submit the completed order form to us via email
• Once we receive it, we will promptly reply with the exact shipping fees and (if applicable) the taxes based on your specific order and destination
• Your order is complete when your payment is transferred and received

Payment Terms

All Orders must be Prepaid prior to dispatch

All prices in this online catalogue are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments are formally accepted in Canadian dollars (CAD); however, payments in US dollars (USD) and euros (EUR) are also accepted.

Companies and other businesses can make payments promptly in Canadian dollars (CAD) or US dollars (USD) via bank transfer (IBAN). Additional charges may apply.

For purchases via the online store, we accept payment by credit card, Interac and bank transfer.

PayPal Payments

We can also accept PayPal (Canada, USA, and internationally), but due to past fraud incidents, it is now accepted only on request.

Note: To avoid any form of abuse, PayPal payments will only be accepted if transferred using the no-fee option (Friend/Family/Gift/Donation).

Note: We are not responsible for payments sent via postal service or courier that are lost or stolen. Registered mail is strongly recommended for cash orders.

Pro-forma Invoice

If necessary or on request, a pro-forma invoice will be sent to you by email or fax.

United States & International customers

Before placing any order, please inquire at your local Agriculture office if the content of your order requires an import permit and/or a phytosanitary certificate. If a phytosanitary certificate is necessary, contact us.
