Common name: “peyotillo”, “aztec cactus”

These small Cactaceae plants are native to Mexico specifically from the Sierra Madre Oriental (Nuevo León) region.

Mature plants can grow up to 5 cm in height to 3 cm in diameter with very small white pinkish flowers  ~ 10 mm.
