2. Product Safety and Restrictions: Certain botanical products sold by O.M.U. Import/Export may be toxic. They are intended exclusively for scientific research, botanical identification, and incense production. Any non-compliant use, including ingestion, inhalation, or unsafe application, is strictly prohibited. The buyer acknowledges these restrictions, accepts them, and agrees to comply with them.
   
   
3. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the purchase, importation, possession, and use of the products comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
   
   
4. All viable seeds and live plants acquired by the purchaser from  O.M.U. Import/Export are exclusively limited to horticulture purposes (non-commercial).
   
   
5. The freshness of the seeds offered on this catalog is optimal, and germination has been tested prior to marketing. But in accordance with the custom of seed trade, O.M.U. Import/Export gives no warranty, express or implied as to the productiveness of any seeds it sells. It will not in any way be responsible for the resultant crop.
   
   
6. O.M.U. Import/Export is not responsible for any shipment(s) seized by any Custom or Government authorities. Orders may be cancelled where products are prohibited under the laws of the purchaser’s jurisdiction.
   
   
7. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the customer acknowledges and agrees that O.M.U. Import/Export shall not be liable for any damages arising from misuse, improper handling, or use inconsistent with these Terms.
   
   
8. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the handling, storage, and use of the products acquired following delivery.
   
   
9. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent
   court, that provision shall, to the extent possible, be replaced by a valid provision reflecting the
   original intent of the parties. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any clause shall not
   affect the validity, enforceability, or execution of the remaining provisions, nor the obligations
   already undertaken by the buyer or seller.

All orders must be prepaid prior to shipment.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD); however, payments in US dollars (USD) and euros (EUR) are also accepted.

Shipping and Processing Time

Orders are shipped only after payment has been received and fully cleared.

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Transfer of Risk

All items purchased from O.M.U. Import/Export are shipped pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of the goods transfer to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
In the event of an error on our part (incorrect quantity or missing/erroneous product), we will fully remedy the situation entirely at our expense.
